Return of non-defective products – Right of withdrawal without justification by the customer
THE CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of 14 calendar days from delivery. Our company returns all the money for the purchase of the product including shipping costs.
The withdrawal is made under the following conditions:
This withdrawal is unreasonably and without any charge and if the item has already been delivered, the customer must return the product exactly in the condition in which it was received, with all its accessories, the documents that accompany it and its packaging in excellent condition.
The return of the item is accepted only if the buyer has first paid any amount that the company charged for sending the item to him and the shipping costs for returning the item.
The declaration of withdrawal is exercised in writing or electronically and our company is obliged to send confirmation of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal as soon as it reaches it.
Following the declaration of withdrawal, our company is obliged to return the price it received within 14 days of receipt of the products.
The refund of the money to the customer will be made by the same means by which the initial collection was made (except for cash on delivery). Specifically in the case of debiting via credit card as follows: in the event that the price has been paid to the company by the Bank until the withdrawal and return of the item, the company will be obliged to inform the Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will proceed with any action provided for, based on the contract it has drawn up with the customer. The company, after this information, bears no responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the reversal, which is regulated by the aforementioned contract. In the case of payment by cash, if the customer had chosen the “pick-up from the store” option, the refund will be made to him from the store where he received the product. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the refund will also be made by bank transfer to the customer’s same account.
Return procedure:
You can contact our company and, after checking the condition of the product, we will proceed with the return.
If you have received your order via courier, in this case:
Pack the product in a larger box so that it is protected during shipping.
Place a document in the packaging you have made in which you tell us how you wish us to resolve the financial outstanding issue, if the product is deemed eligible for return.
Send the package via the courier agency from which you received your order. Please note that the return costs are borne by the customer.
We would like to point out that in the event that the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, it will be returned to the sender at his expense.
